Exceptional place to unwind in a stylish spa with state-of-the-art facilities and a variety of saunas.

The location was fantastic. right by Shevchenko Square and the Opera House. all sights just a stroll away. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Olha and Lidiya really made our stay special.

Everything was exemplary.

Had a boss time at this hotel! The spa was absolutely lush, with multiple saunas and a well-sized swimming pool. The only letdown was the shower fluctuating between hot and cold, which was a bit of a pain. But overall, a dead sound experience, can't wait to come back!

the grand hotel was fantastic! the location is perfect, just a stone's throw from famous coffee spots. i loved the spa, especially the oasis infinity pool — it felt like pure bliss. thanks to marta for her awesome dining suggestions. the restaurant and bar were highlights too!

Luxurious comfort with an exceptional view

My stay in a Standard Double Room was incredibly comfortable, with splendid views of the square and a surprisingly quiet atmosphere. The bathroom felt like my own private spa, featuring a large, deep bathtub that offered a luxurious bathing experience. The hotel also provided a generous breakfast buffet, with freshly baked pastries that set the tone for delightful mornings. Despite the overall excellent experience, sound insulation could be improved to further enhance the comfort of guests during noisy nights.

I was captivated by the hotel's decor, combining modern elegance with historical charm, while the friendly staff were always ready to assist, ensuring easy navigation around the hotel for senior guests like myself.

The restaurant offered delightful dishes each night that exceeded my expectations. I loved the spa's tranquil atmosphere, especially enjoying the oasis infinity pool — it felt rejuvenating. The staff provided outstanding assistance, with Marta's dining suggestions standing out as especially valuable. The city view from my room was a breathtaking sight, adding a unique charm to my stay.

Check-in was a tad delayed, which slightly marred my arrival experience.

The spa features a large jacuzzi, a unique aspect for unwinding. Slow service in the bar needs attention. The location makes exploring local attractions easy, and there are enjoyable evening entertainment options.

While the location is almost perfect, I encountered quite a few disturbances due to noise from the street and other guests, which impacted my sleep. The shower design wasn't great either, as it flooded the bathroom floor every time I used it. Breakfast had limited variety and the service was a bit inconsistent. I often found myself waiting long stretches for drinks. some of the common areas felt overcrowded during peak times, which made relaxing challenging.
